About Bola Ranson

Bola Ranson is a full-time property investor with over 23 years’ experience. Bola’s first foray into business started in the mid 1990’s, with his design company, Ranson Graphics. Bola then went on to acquire his first residential property, and a buy to let property in 1999. By the 2000’s he had expanded his buy to let portfolio quickly and his personal portfolio is now worth over £25million. As a leader in the property field, Bola developed the software, HOWSMART which is a powerful, intelligent way to search for property in the UK, built on the idea that every house should be considered an investment.

As a well-respected business and property expert, Bola has helped several businesses to build and grow. Bola is the Director of property management company Ranson UK, and he also provides mentorship and coaching programs for property enthusiasts and entrepreneurs through his newly launched coaching program – Property Mastery.

With a solid career spanning over two decades, Bola has been behind some of biggest residential and commercial deals in the UK, having developed solid relationships with some of the biggest new build developers.
His personal property holdings now consist of 55 properties with a combined GDV of over £30m and net equity of over £12m with the properties held in his personal name and in multiple SPVs.
